FeedCo is taking the spread of Coronavirus in the UK extremely seriously. Our priority is the safety and wellbeing of our employees and customers and maintaining continuity of feed supply to our customers.

 

We are following Government and NHS/WHO guidelines and adapting protocol as and when these change. With regard to orders we are working closely with our suppliers to ensure continuity of supply and whilst it is very difficult for any of us to foresee how things will develop over the coming weeks and months, we would like to reassure you that we do have contingency plans in place to cover most scenarios.

 

To help prevent the further spread of Coronavirus we have suspended all on farm visits by our nutritionists until further notice. However, your nutritionist is fully contactable and will be working from home. If you are a customer that requires a silage analysis, please contact your nutritionist who will arrange for a sample bag and relevant pre-paid envelope to be posted direct to your farm.

 

Our fleet of drivers are fully aware of the Government/NHS health guidelines and will continue to deliver to farm being mindful of precautions required and hygiene policies. However, can we ask that if you, or one of your close family/friends have contracted or are displaying the symptoms of Coronavirus, you notify us prior to a feed delivery so appropriate measures can be taken to risk assess the situation and work with you to ensure feed is supplied safely.  As you will appreciate, in the event that one or more of our drivers find themselves in a position where they have to self-isolate then this could have serious implications for our business in terms of deliveries for many of our customers so please help us to continue operations with minimal disruption.
